Your dog’s training doesn’t end at graduation — it becomes part of everyday life. Every Mattox graduate already has our lifetime support. Care Plans are for owners who want a little more: added convenience, priority access, travel-friendly boarding perks, annual check-ins, and exclusive savings. It’s not about buying more training — it’s about making it easier to enjoy life with a well-trained dog.
To make boarding and training as convenient as possible, a current fecal test for Giardia and parasites is required for all stays. A negative fecal test report is only valid for 90 days from the date listed on the result.

Life changes — and so do your dog’s needs. Add the Family Protection Plan to any Care Plan to support your household through the big transitions: a new baby, a move, a new puppy or a second dog, kids taking on more responsibility, or helping another family member learn to handle your dog.
Moves must stay within our service area — Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland.
